A Company on the Move
 
As a full service mobile catering company, Apple’s Mobile Catering, LLC finds itself all over the map—literally. In 2008 we’ve been everywhere from a video shoot in New Orleans, to a US Army training installation in upstate New York, to the hurricane battered coastlines of Texas and Mississippi.

Based out of Boise, Idaho, Apple’s brings great food to a wide variety of individuals. We’ve provided catering services for FEMA in Hurricane relief situations such as Katrina, and more recently Gustav and Ike; for US Forrest Service and Bureau of Land Management firefighting crews; movie and commercial shoots and private fundraising organizations.

Owned and operated by Jody and David Orr and managed by Neil Carloss, the staff at Apple’s believes their most important job to be preparing and serving excellent fare to its clientele, all the time, regardless of inclement weather or arduous living conditions. Apple’s highly trained staff is prepared to go wherever needed at a moment’s notice. We have the capacity to feed as many as 1,500 or as few as 25 people three delicious meals a day.

Exceptional Experience
David Orr and Neil Carloss possess more than 30 years of experience in catering, restaurant ownership and party planning between the two of them. Their ability to plan, cook, serve and remain cool under fire is what has made them so popular with past employers.
