Fundraising Activities
Apple’s Mobile Catering has been involved in local fundraising events for charity since its inception. Owner/operator David Orr is committed to supporting worthy causes and has worked toward this end at a number of functions over the past several years. Apple’s has helped out at the Lee Pesky Educational Foundation’s annual treasure hunt to benefit the Lee Pesky Learning Center in Boise, Idaho; the Cowboy Ball which helps to fund the handicapped horseback-riding program at Sagebrush Arena in Hailey, Idaho; the Bill Janss Celebrity Pro-Am Ski Race and Golf Tournament, the most important contributor to the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation; and numerous fundraising events to benefit the new YMCA in the Wood River Valley of Central Idaho.
